Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have no more than 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item generally must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

However that may not always be the case for items that were already opened.

Due to COVID-19 we cannot accept returns/refunds on fabric items such as bedding sets, pillows, area carpet rugs, mats & curtains that were open, worn & used.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and wish everyone a safe and healthy shopping experience.

Introducing Our Simple & Easy 123 Refund Process

To be eligible for a refund you must not have purchased using discount codes - discount codes are not considered original store purchase price.

(1) Buyer MUST contact support@decordovia.com within 24-48hrs after receiving product
(2) Buyer MUST send email with order id as the subject
(3) Buyer MUST send video and/or photo clearly illustrating of product issues
(4) Seller will respond within 24-36hrs with partial refund solution
(5) Buyer keeps product return shipment no longer required

Noteworthy: If your return is accepted in accordance to Paypal's policy the customer is required to return the product at their own cost to our warehouse and/or partial refund will be deducted from the original purchase price.

DAMAGES AND/OR  OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow our Simple & Easy 123 Refund Process and accept a partial refund return free deduction of original store price. Once the return free deduction is accepted you can make a separate purchase for the new item. 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank and/or credit card company to process and post the refund.
